Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the area of Sacramento Ca. 

This position requires our employee to safely and properly perform general and routine maintenance on apartments and offices.

Qualified Candidates will:

  • Perform Preventive maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting) for apartment complexes. 
  • Be Well organized, with the ability to multi-task
  • Have time management capability
  • Follow safe work procedures
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must have valid CA Driver's License.
  • Must have residential maintenance experience.
  • Computer literacy to complete work orders/requests. 
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
