Job Description
Marathon Staffing is immediately hiring General Laborers out in Sacramento, CA. Must be okay with mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed. Apply today for immediate consideration. 

Job Duties:

• Unload, grade and pre-package fired brick from kiln cars onto a conveyor belt or into a monorail/carousel jig.
• Loading green ware brick from the extruder conveyor onto kiln cars.
• Occasionally moving the kiln car to make room for the next hack.
• Remove green ware from the extruder conveyor and begin stacking it on the kiln car from the car top up.
• Maintains work area according to company specifications for cleanliness and safety.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

Qualified Candidates will:

• Be comfortable lifting 20-60 lbs consistently.
• Have ability to multitask. 
• Be energetic, self-starter highly motivated.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel crouch for long periods of time.
