Job Description

Marathon Staffing is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Client's team in Lodi and contribute to the maintenance and repair of their industrial machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC, including motor controls, D.C. Drives, and PLCs.
  • Perform cutting, welding (Arc, OXY/ACT), and fabrication using carbon steel.
  • Handle plumbing, machine assembly, and pipe fitting tasks.
  • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Manage steam systems and conduct general building maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and ensure general facility upkeep.
  • Work in hot, dirty environments both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions and work with or without direct supervision.
  • Commit to safety and quality standards and work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Skilled in cutting, welding, and fabrication using carbon steel.
  • Proficient in plumbing, machine assembly, pipe fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and steam systems.
  • Experience in building maintenance and general facility repairs.
  • Ability to work in diverse and challenging environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in hot, dirty environments, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work with or without direct supervision.
  • Must be committed to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
